Resounding “NO!” at Philly Healthcare Townhall, Austin Rally
It looks like it’s already been a busy couple of days across the country. People are coming out in droves to communicate to their elected representatives that we do not want our healthcare system “reformed”. Why destroy what isn’t broken? Hmmm, looks like this is par for the course in the Obama admin. August promises to be a very hot month.
If you’re not quite sure where you stand on this and you haven’t had a chance to read all 1,100 pages of HR 3200, take a look at what they’re planning.
Check out the wild video out of Austin, TX. I would imagine there is not doubt in Rep. Doggett’s mind where the taxpayers stand on this issue. Let’s greet all our representatives this way. Make sure “Just say no” is their mantra.

Recess Rally has a sign-up and information about the upcoming August 22, 2009 rallies at Congressional offices across the country. If nothing else, they’ve posted the phone numbers and addresses of district offices. Call and make an appointment for 12:00 pm on the 22nd. I’ll be at Rep. McGovern’s.
And I really have only one thing to say about those out there who label us “the crazies” – it was crazy to go to war against the King, too.
