I’ve been told that another challenge to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president was either filed yesterday or will be filed today. While I cannot get into any details, the plaintiffs in this suit include a former presidential candidate, a pastor, and the chairman of one of the third parties.
The suit will focus on the constitutional requirement that a presidential candidate must be a natural born citizen, and that Obama fails to qualify since the evidence indicates he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as he has claimed.

As GOPMom and I have pointed (along with others) FactCheck have been wrong on several occasions.
Why on earth anyone would trust an amateur organization like FactCheck.org to be the absolute last word in ‘truth’ in stupefying. Unless, of course, they like what FactCheck is saying.
(Now it is your turn to come back and say but but but - it is funded by a notable Republican….)

It is just this simple - hand the thing over for third party qualified verification and this would just go away. Why wait until the US Supreme Court gets involved?

And don’t you agree that the Bush administration would have access to that info and would have broadcast it all over the place before the election, if it was true that Obama was not born in Hawaii?

Don’t worry about it Babba, this is the same site that tells us:
a) There was massive voter fraud in all major swing states, since Obama won,
b) Obama is going to get indicted before he begins his presidency,
c) Obama is going to push through a massive tax increase for everyone,
d) The birth certificate case is going to the Supreme Court;
They’re not exactly batting 1.000 here, so hell they might as well disagree with all the well-respected political observers on the grounds that, well, they’re right.

I trust Politifact and Snopes as much as they trust their sources.
But, you are arguing the wrong points.
It is irrelevant which ‘website’ (including this one) is right and which is wrong, the point is Obama has the obligation to prove he meets the Constitutional requirements to be US President.
He has a passport, one would assume he had to produce a birth certificate then, so what is the problem now?
It is self evident you cannot prove the validity of any document from an image on the internet.
It is also self evident that a bunch of fallible and bias journalists are not qualified to prove the validity of said document either.
Why does he not just present the document to the US Supreme Court as they have demanded?
